Banana Berry Smoothie
PREbiotics in bananas work with PRObiotics in yogurt to make this a power smoothie! Use a slightly green banana instead of a ripe / frozen one for more prebiotics.
- 1 banana (slightly green), sliced
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt)
- 2 cups fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
- Mix all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
