Calling All Men!

Did you know that 70% of men’s health conditions and diseases are preventable? That’s according to the newly launched Canadian Men’s Health Foundation (CMHF), a non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire men to lead healthier lives. Their campaign “Don’t Change Much” offers simple and do-able tips for improving men’s mental health, activity, nutrition, sleep, smoking and drinking habits.
