Caprese Pasta Salad
My familiy loves bow-tie pasta! This recipe takes minutes to make and travels well for picnics and potlucks.

cooked bow-tie / farfalle pasta (or any other smalll pasta shape)

mini bocconcini cheese

grape tomatoes, quartered

fresh basil, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Dressing
1/4
cup
olive oil
1/4
cup
balsamic vinegar

Tbsp
lemon juice

clove
garlic, minced

tsp
Italian seasoning or dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, toss together the salad ingredients.
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.
