Banana Berry Smoothie

PREbiotics in bananas work with PRObiotics in yogurt to make this a power smoothie! Use a slightly green banana instead of a ripe / frozen one for more prebiotics.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana (slightly green), sliced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt)
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen sliced strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
